Postage and Delivery
Standard Delivery UK
All UK orders go by First Class, Royal Mail
Please note however, that we can only guarantee despatch times, occasionally delivery times may be longer due to postal strikes or circumstances beyond our control.
Royal Mail first class is not a guaranteed service.
What Will it Cost?
Most of our products already included delivery charges for the UK, so there are no nasty surprises at the Checkout stage.
All charges and savings will be clearly displayed on “order confirmation” page prior to entering your credit card details.
BFPO
We deliver to any BFPO address. Just type BFPO instead of a postcode
Overseas Orders
All overseas orders will clearly show the delivery cost before you check out or pay for your goods.
We only charge approximately what it cost us to send your order overseas, unlike many other companies, who make a big profit out of their delivery charges.
Last Despatch Time
Under normal circumstances,orders received up to 4.00pm will be processed and despatched the same day.
Orders received after this time will be processed and despatched the following working day.
Bank/Public Holidays
Please remember to add on a day to your expected delivery time during Bank Holiday periods as we will be closed.
For example, orders received on a Bank Holiday Monday will not be processed and despatched until the Tuesday of the same week.
Out of Stock Orders
It is very rare that we are out of stock, however, if this should arise we will notify you by email.
Any items on your order that are out of stock will be sent by Royal Mail under separate cover as soon as they are back in stock.
Damaged Goods
Orders leave us in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event that your order is received damaged please Contact Us
