Delivery & Returns


All UK orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Tracked. All delivery charges will be clearly displayed on the “Basket” page prior to Checking out and making payment.

What Will it Cost?
Our combs can be sent as a Royal Mail 1st class Large Letter which costs just £1.99
2 combs can also be sent as a Royal Mail 1st class Tracked Large Letter which costs £2.99
All other orders will be sent as a Royal Mail 1st class Tacked small parcel and cost £3.99.
For any particularly large orders weighing over 1kg, these will be sent as a Royal Mail 1st class Tracked medium parcel and cost £4.99. All shipping prices are clearly displayed on the Basket page.


We deliver to any BFPO address. Just type BFPO instead of a postcode.

Overseas Orders 
We use The Royal Mail International Tracked service for a fast and reliable service for all overseas orders. Postage cost will be calculated and shown on the basket page.

PLEASE NOTE: You may be liable to pay customs & duties charges upon receipt of your goods in your own country. These customs & duties charges are out of our control.

How Long Will It Take To Reach Me

Under normal circumstances, all orders received up to 2pm will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed and despatched the following working day. All UK orders are sent by 1st Class Tracked Royal Mail, so should be received within 1-2 business days.

Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times once they have been dispatched from us, as they may occasionally take longer to reach you due to postal strikes or circumstances beyond our control. 


Bank/Public Holidays  
Please remember to add on a day to your expected delivery time during Bank Holiday periods. For example, orders received on a Bank Holiday Monday will not be processed and despatched until the Tuesday of the same week.

Out of Stock Orders 
It is very rare that we are out of stock, however, if this should arise we will notify you by email. 
Any items on your order that are out of stock will be sent separately at no additional cost to you as soon as they are back in stock.

Damaged Goods
Orders leave us in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or faulty
please let us know straight away by contacting

The UK's Consumer Protection Regulations allow you to cancel your contract within 14 days from receipt of goods.


Right to cancel your order

To cancel your contract please notify us at with the order number and your instruction to cancel, or call us on 020 7229 7775. If your order has already been despatched, you must then return the relevant items unused and in all original packaging to our address below. The return of the goods will be at your own expense.

We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible (usually within 7 days),  always within 30 days after we receive the returned goods.

Please note: we do not cover the cost of returning goods, this will be at your own expense. If returning a Nitty Gritty NitFree Comb, it needs a Large Letter stamp, otherwise it might not reach us. Please also remember to include your own name, address and order number with any goods you are returning. You must contact us by email first before returning any orders.
