Postage and Delivery

Standard Delivery UK
All UK orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail delivery or Next Day Yodel Delivery.

Please note however, that we can only guarantee dispatch times, occasionally delivery times may be longer due to postal strikes or circumstances beyond our control.

What Will it Cost?
Our combs can be sent as a Royal Mail Large Letter which costs just £1.50
2-4 combs can also be sent as a Royal Mail Large Letter which costs £2.00
All larger orders will be sent as a Yodel Collect + parcel and cost £2.95.
For any particularly large orders weighing over 1kg, these will be sent as a Yodel Collect + parcel and cost £3.95.

All delivery charges will be clearly displayed on the “order confirmation” page prior to entering your credit card details.

BFPO
We deliver to any BFPO address. Just type BFPO instead of a postcode.
All BFPO orders will be sent by First Class mail.

Overseas Orders
We use The Royal Mail for a fast and reliable service. Of course once the package has left the UK via Royal Mail, it becomes the responsibility of the destination country.
When you select your Delivery Country at the checkout, you will be given a choice of either ‘International Standard’ delivery service or ‘International Tracked & Signed’ (which costs an additional £5 regardless of weight).

We highly recommend the ‘International Tracked & Signed’ service for our overseas customers, as we cannot replace orders that go astray in transit using ‘International Standard’ service.

Last Despatch Time
Under normal circumstances,orders received up to 4.00pm will be processed and despatched the same day.
Orders received after this time will be processed and despatched the following working day.

Bank/Public Holidays
Please remember to add on a day to your expected delivery time during Bank Holiday periods as we will be closed.
For example, orders received on a Bank Holiday Monday will not be processed and despatched until the Tuesday of the same week.

Out of Stock Orders
It is very rare that we are out of stock, however, if this should arise we will notify you by email.
Any items on your order that are out of stock will be sent separately at no additional cost to you as soon as they are back in stock.

Damaged Goods
Orders leave us in perfect condition, however in the unlikely event that your order is received damaged please Contact Us
